Your Inventory May Be Lying to You. I Fix That.

I help product-based businesses replace spreadsheets with clean, real-time Odoo systems — so you know what you have, what it costs, and what to build next.

  • Review of your current inventory + production setup
  • Identification of the biggest leaks and bottlenecks
  • Clear recommendation on whether Odoo is right for you
  • A concrete next-step plan (even if you don't hire me)

If You’re Still Running on Spreadsheets, You’re Flying Blind

Chaos in the Numbers

Inventory lives in disconnected tabs — no single source of truth

Founder Bottleneck

Only one person understands the system, so everything bottlenecks

Guesswork Costs

Costs are calculated after the fact (or not at all)

Case Study: Three Rivers Coffee Company

Wholesale & B2C specialty coffee roaster with private-label production

The Problem

Three Rivers Coffee roasted exceptional coffee, but their operations ran through a maze of Google Sheets only the owner could navigate. Raw goods lived in one tab, packaging in another, finished goods in a third. Inventory accuracy depended on manual updates, and production costs were calculated after the fact — if at all.

Quoting a private-label client meant 45 minutes of digging, copying numbers, and hoping nothing was outdated. When a new employee needed to check stock levels, the owner had to stop what they were doing and explain the system — again.

The company was growing, but operations were held together with duct tape.

Here's the system we built:

The Results

Manual inventory tracking virtually eliminated

(No more spreadsheet upkeep or reconciliation)

Private-label quotes sent in minutes, not half an hour

(Live costs and inventory, no manual math)

Single source of truth adopted by the entire team

(No shadow spreadsheets, no owner bottleneck)

The owner went from spending hours buried in spreadsheets to running the business from a live system anyone on the team could use. Inventory was always accurate, costs were always visible, and private-label quotes went out in minutes — not nearly an hour.

With clean inventory and quoting systems in place, Three Rivers was also able to launch a private-label / co-packing page on their website optimized for AI-driven search discovery.

Within the first 30 days, the system supported over $15,000 in private-label quotes sent, without adding manual overhead or breaking operations.

  • Review of inventory, manufacturing, and sales workflows
  • Clear next-step plan — even if we don't work together

Pricing Tiers

Most clients start with a free Ops Audit, then move into a foundation or manufacturing setup based on complexity.

Tier 2 — Manufacturing Suite

$6,000 – $8,500 (one-time)

A production system that scales with your business — not against it.

  • Everything in the Foundation Setup, plus:
  • Multi-stage manufacturing operations that mirror your real workflow
  • Labor costing and real-time cost-of-goods during production
  • Automated replenishment rules for materials and production planning
  • Sales and quoting workflows for wholesale and private-label clients

Who it's for:

Growing CPG brands with multiple SKUs, more complex production, private-label or co-packing work, or the need for accurate costing and planning before scaling further.

Tier 3 — Ops Partner Retainer

Foundation Setup + $1,250 – $2,500 / month

An external operations architect, without hiring full-time.

  • 10–20 hours of ongoing monthly support
  • New SKUs, workflow updates, and system refinements
  • Automation improvements as your needs evolve
  • Troubleshooting, team support, and system upkeep
  • Monthly review of inventory, production, and forecasting
  • Continuous optimization of inventory, manufacturing, and sales workflows

Who it's for:

Teams that want someone thinking about systems, automation, and process improvements — so founders and operators can focus on growth instead of maintaining infrastructure.

Built for Founders Running Real Operations

You don't need another tool.
You need a system that actually reflects how your business works.

This work is a good fit if:

  • You built a great product — and now operations are stealing your time
  • Inventory and costs live in spreadsheets you don't fully trust
  • Quoting, planning, or scaling feels harder than it should
  • You need clarity before growth creates expensive mistakes

I don't work with early ideas or "maybe someday" projects.
I work with founders who already have real products, real orders, and real complexity — and want systems that can keep up.

About Me

Ian Humphrey

Hi, I'm Ian Humphrey. I'm an operations systems consultant who builds and runs real-world inventory and manufacturing systems.

I've spent years designing and operating Odoo-based systems for product companies with real complexity: multi-warehouse inventory, multi-stage manufacturing, private-label production, and tight margins. Most recently, I served as Systems Director for a multi-million-dollar functional mushroom brand selling into Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Central Market, where I rebuilt the company's operational backbone from the ground up.

My work is hands-on and pragmatic. I don't sell software or drop off documentation — I design systems that teams actually use, reflect how production really happens, and hold up under growth. When something doesn't map cleanly to reality, I fix the system instead of forcing the business to bend around it.

I work best with founders who already have real products, real orders, and real operational pressure — and want clarity before growth creates expensive mistakes.

What Working Together Looks Like

I work in focused, outcome-driven engagements — not open-ended consulting or long discovery cycles.

We start with a free Ops Audit to understand your current system, constraints, and goals. If we move forward, the work is scoped clearly, built around your real workflow, and delivered in weeks — not months.

I don't sell generic setups or force businesses into rigid templates. If something doesn't reflect how your operation actually runs, we adjust the system — not your business.

This work is best suited for teams with live products and real operational complexity. If you're still validating an idea or looking for a lightweight tool, I'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

Ready to Clean Up Your System?

If your inventory, production, or quoting systems feel harder than they should, the fastest way forward is a focused operations audit.

We'll look at how your business actually runs today, identify the biggest sources of friction, and map out what it would take to replace spreadsheet guesswork with a system you can trust.
